These Terms govern your use of TradingNX Risk Manager, including the web dashboard, API, and ChatGPT app integration.

Educational tool only

TradingNX Risk Manager provides educational risk-management calculations. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading signals, market predictions, or buy/sell/hold recommendations.

User responsibility

You are responsible for every trading decision, broker setting, position size, order, and risk limit you choose. You must confirm instrument specifications such as lot size, pip value, tick value, contract size, commissions, spreads, and margin rules with your broker or exchange.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend access if the service is misused, abused, or used to violate laws or platform policies.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may unlock saved profiles, history, risk tracking, and additional tools. Subscription billing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, profitability, loss avoidance, or suitability for your trading strategy.
