Information we collect

We may collect your email, name, login session, saved risk profile, risk-check inputs, risk-check outputs, plan status, and payment-provider identifiers required to unlock paid access.

How we use information

We use information to operate the dashboard, save your profile, show history, enforce plan limits, process account access, and improve product quality.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on TradingNX Risk Manager servers.

ChatGPT app data

When you use the ChatGPT app integration, ChatGPT may send the information needed to perform the risk calculation or profile action you requested. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by the integration.

Data retention

We keep account, profile, and risk-check history while your account is active unless deletion is requested or retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
