Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid TradingNX Risk Manager subscriptions unless a different policy is shown at checkout.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the payment provider or support process shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, technical inability to access paid features, or accidental purchases reported promptly. Refunds are not guaranteed for trading losses, dissatisfaction with trading outcomes, or failure to use the service.

Trading outcomes

Paid access does not guarantee profitability, better trading results, or avoided losses. The product is an educational risk-management tool.
